Description:
1 Tuner + 1 or more non-Tuner Monster
During battle between this attacking card and a defense position monster whose DEF is lower than the attack of this card, inflict the difference as battle damage to your opponent. Once per turn, if your opponent activates a spell, trap, or effect monsters' effect, you can tribute this card to negate and destroy that card, at the end of the turn you activate this effect, you can special summon this to your field.

thought it was overpowered, I kinda thought that too, so I changed it up a little, not a lot though

Lower Attack and Defense points
Only One Effect

New Description:
1 Tuner + 1 or more non-Tuner Monster
